2024 Study Abroad Registration Instructions
1. Fill out the reservation form below. Please note that if you are travelling with another person who does NOT live at the same address as you, that person must fill out a separate reservation form.
2. Read our Terms and Conditions before submitting your form. You must check the box at the bottom of the form indicating that you agree.
3. Once form is completed, click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the reservation form. You will then be directed to the Wine Scholar Travel (WST) secure payment PayPal page where you can pay by credit card. To secure your spot, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit payment of US$1500 per-person and per-trip is due at this time. If reserving less than 120 days from the trip start date, you will be billed immediately for the full balance of the trip once you have paid your deposit. PayPal and credit card payments are accepted.
Payment of your balance: you will be invoiced by email for the balance of the trip price 120 days before the trip’s start date. Final balance payment invoices are to be paid via wire transfer or ACH/Wire Transfer following the instructions on the invoice and with transaction costs covered by the Guest. In the case the guest wishes to pay via credit card or PayPal, a three percent (3%) payment processing fee will be added to the final invoice.
Unless otherwise noted on the trip itinerary page, access to the Masters study program materials is granted 120 days prior to your departure and after your final payment is received.
