About Peggy:
Like many, I became enamored with wine a bit later in life. I recently rejoined the restaurant industry and decided to take a wine class - WSET 2. I was hooked. After that was Italian Wine Scholar and there was no turning back.
I am on the road towards the WSET diploma using the self-study route. So taking FWS during that program was a welcome shift; being taught by an expert and being with a community of learners in the class was fantastic.
I absolutely love the way Wine Scholar Guild provides a cultural and historical context for learning about wine. I am definitely looking forward to Spanish Wine Scholar for a cultural perspective of wine in that diverse country.
