About Xi Xi:
I started to drink fine wine when I moved to Asia. Since then, I have been lucky enough to visit many of my favorite regions in France, Italy and Spain. In the future, I would like to use my knowledge and language skills to promote and teach wines from the different regions. I hope to introduce more people to the special wines from these regions.
Before taking FWS, I had already passed WSET Diploma and SWS, as well as Vinitaly maestro. FWS is a fun course as it helps to deepen my knowledge not only about the wines but also on the history, culture and geology of each region. I really like the interactive nature of the on-line program.
FWS gives me a broader exposure to the wines of more obscure regions such as Corsica, Jura and Savoie, which I hope to travel to once the world reopens.
