Why People Choose Spanish Wine Scholar
"The SWS book treats wine not just as a drink, but as a product of history, geography and culture. It makes an enormous difference when talking about Spanish wine to my customers, I can provide them with more detailed information."
"I am an independent wine consultant working mostly in wine export. SWS helped me to broaden my knowledge of Spanish wines. I really enjoyed the different perspective that it has, focusing a lot on cultural and historical aspects of wine."
"I loved the SWS, I thought the course book was excellent and provided a good mix of history with the detail of the country’s regions. The book was a lot more in depth than the WSET level 3 course and provided much more detail on each region, covering more grape varieties as well as the viniculture and vinification techniques. I certainly learned a lot from this course."
"The SWS program greatly expanded my knowledge of Spanish wines, providing interesting historical data and introducing Spanish wine regions not so familiar to me. Undoubtedly, all this knowledge... will also be used for future classes I intend to teach."
