Session 1: Online Theory – Live via Zoom

Date: August 18, 2025
Time: ~2 hours (recorded if you can’t attend live)

Start your CSWS journey with a dynamic, instructor-led theory session that covers:

• The history, production, and classification of sherry
• Key styles and aging methods
• Lustau’s range and what makes the region unique

Session 2: In-Person Tasting + Certification Exam – TexSOM 2025

Date: August 24, 2025
Time: ~2 hours
Location: TexSOM venue in Dallas (exact room TBA)

On the day of the event, enjoy:

• A guided tasting of 6 premium Lustau sherries
• A closed-book written certification exam (mandatory for certification)

Exam results will be sent to you via email following the event.

All registrants will be registered for the TexSOM 'Get to Know WSG' session taking place immediately following the CSWS exam.
