Cédric Bouchard/Roses de Jeanne

Cédric Bouchard founded his domaine in 2000 with a clear and deliberate vision for Champagne. Trained in Beaune, he absorbed the principles of parcel-based viticulture in Burgundy and applied them to his own work. His vineyard holdings are very small compared with those of the major houses, yet his wines are widely noted for their finesse. His focus is on expressing the distinct character of each individual terroir.
