Marie Courtin

Champagne Marie Courtin is located in Polisot in the Aube and produces wines primarily from organically grown Pinot Noir. The Champagnes are known for their elegance. The estate consists of a single 2.5-hectare parcel, a very small surface given the increasing demand. Winemaker Dominique Moreau tends her vines—almost entirely planted to Pinot Noir—using herbal infusions and natural preparations. Biodynamic practices play a central role, and the Marie Courtin cuvées are now recognized internationally.
