Now led by the next generation, the estate continues the work begun by the late Éric de Sousa. Charlotte oversees sales, Julie manages the vineyards and works with the horses, and Valentin runs the cellar. The domaine covers 14 hectares, mostly Chardonnay in the Grand Cru village of Avize, along with Pinot Noir from the Grand Crus of Aÿ and Ambonnay. Certified organic in 2010 and biodynamic in 2013, it also benefits from older vines. Carefully handled barrel aging brings out wines with depth and energy.
