This family estate farms more than 10 hectares, largely planted to Chardonnay in Vertus (Premier Cru) and in the Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize, and Cramant. Doyard practices sustainable viticulture, using as few inputs as possible so the terroir can show clearly. Its style is shaped by fully ripe harvests and vinification carried out partly or entirely in wood.
