Robert Moncuit produces Blanc de Blancs Champagnes that combine freshness and complexity. The eight-hectare estate spans the Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. Pierre Amillet, the founder’s grandson, farms as naturally as possible, with regular plowing and grass cover. It is widely considered one of the most reliable addresses in the Côte des Blancs.
