Emmanuel Brochet

The estate covers around 2.5 hectares of vineyards planted mainly with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, the three classic Champagne grape varieties. He practices biodynamic viticulture, paying close attention to sustainability and minimal intervention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. He avoids chemical products and instead encourages biodiversity to maintain the natural balance of the soils. Emmanuel Brochet is known for the precision of his work, producing Champagnes that are expressive, pure and true to the distinctive character of his vineyard terroir.
