Huré Frères

Champagne Huré Frères has been a family operation for more than fifty years. Raoul Huré and his two sons, François and Pierre, welcome visitors to their house in Ludes in the Montagne de Reims. In total there are forty-five parcels, each contributing its own characteristics and organoleptic qualities either to blends or to single-parcel Champagnes — true snapshots of the vineyard. Viticulture is carried out sustainably: soils are worked methodically, enriched with organic matter, parcels are grassed, and plowing allows the soil to reveal its full potential. Vinification receives the same care as vineyard work, with the aim of giving Caesar what belongs to Caesar and the grape what belongs to it: fruit, balance and personality.
