Cazé-Thibaut

Domaine Cazé-Thibaut is a small family estate run by Benoît Cazé and his wife Stéphanie Thibaut. Founded with determination, it covers about 2.7 hectares planted mainly to Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. The domaine is committed to organic farming, favors environmentally respectful practices, and works with natural winemaking and minimal intervention. The Champagnes are known for their purity, freshness, and their ability to reflect the character of their terroir, each cuvée shaped with close attention from vineyard to cellar.
