Frank Pascal

This 7-hectare estate lies on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne, where the soils differ sharply from the chalk of the Côte des Blancs, with deep clay-and-flint subsoils especially suited to Pinot Noir and Meunier. When Franck Pascal arrived in 1998, he removed insecticides, herbicides, fertilizers and anti-botrytis treatments. Four years later he introduced biodynamic preparations, followed by trials with homeopathy, essential oils and plant infusions. The resulting Champagnes are delicate, sincere and always full of charm.
