Champagne Moussé

In the small valley branching off the Marne at Cuisles, this family house has focused on Meunier grown on green clay soils since 1923. Though spread across three villages, the vineyard sits on the same south-facing slope, everything geared toward expressing both grape and terroir. The family has been growers for 12 generations since 1629 and winemakers for four. Cédric Moussé considers every action carefully to limit environmental impact, using nature itself as his main tool. Vinification is as gentle as possible, with the goal of producing Meuniers that are pure, precise, and natural.
