Marguet

Located in Ambonnay, in the heart of Champagne, the Marguet estate stands out for its commitment to biodynamics, a rare approach in the region. This conversion, initiated by Benoît Marguet, profoundly transformed estate practices. While his parents sold grapes to the house Krug, Benoît created his own range of wines, including numerous single-parcel cuvées highlighting the diversity and richness of the estate’s old vines. A strong advocate of biodynamics, he introduced biodynamic preparations, phytotherapy, aromatherapy and horse plowing. The eight-hectare estate received Demeter certification in 2013.
