Pertois Lebrun

Pertois-Lebrun is a family house in Cramant, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. For generations, the family has produced characterful Champagnes with strict standards and strong respect for Grand Cru terroirs. The vineyards lie mainly in Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, all renowned Chardonnay sites. Farming is thoughtful and sustainable, with constant attention to soil health and varietal expression. In the cellar, each parcel is vinified separately. Fermentations are natural or only lightly adjusted, and aging takes place in stainless steel and sometimes barrel, with low dosage to highlight minerality and finesse.
