Florent and Julien Mignon founded their estate in Cramant in 2015. Chardonnay makes up almost all of their plantings, with vines spread across Avize, Cuis and Cramant in the Côte des Blancs. The entire domaine is farmed biodynamically, with a focus on transparency. It has quickly become a reference for lovers of great Champagne Chardonnay.
