Champagne Chavost

Founded in 1946 by a group of dedicated growers, Champagne Chavost is based in the historic village of Chavot-Courcourt, at the foot of Mont-Félix and the church of Saint-Martin. The name “Chavost” comes from the village’s former name. Today, the cooperative represents a modern and committed approach to producing distinctive Champagnes. Since taking over at the end of 2019, Fabian has crafted wines with a strong identity through sulfite-free vinification. Reflecting these choices, he moved away from conventional labels and asked his brother to design artwork that mirrors the character of the wines.
