Located in Flavigny on the Côte des Blancs, the Dhondt-Grellet estate is now run by Adrien Dhondt, who has brought fresh ideas with him. Strongly influenced by Burgundian winemaking, he produces a range dominated by Chardonnay. These wines are defined by elegance, freshness, minerality and tension. The vineyard is farmed in an organic-style approach, with ploughed soils and plant-based treatments. His work has been widely praised, and he was named Winemaker of the Year in 2017 at the Trophées Champenois.
