Georges Rémy

Based on the Montagne de Reims, Georges Rémy farms 4.5 hectares across the communes of Bouzy, Ambonnay, Tauxières-Mutry and Louvois. All vineyards classified as Premier or Grand Cru have been certified organic since 2018. The estate is one of Bouzy’s most sought-after names. Every effort is directed toward wine quality and terroir expression: harvests pushed as late as possible, parcel-by-parcel vinification, aging in vessels suited to each wine, no chaptalization and long bottle aging. His passion is evident in wines that combine expressiveness, finesse, and freshness — Champagnes built for aging.
