Julien Henin

Julien trained as a viticulture technician at the lycée in Avize before returning to the family domaine in 2013, while also creating his own label. The estate itself is in Cerseuil in the Vallée de la Marne. He currently farms just over 1.5 hectares of vines, converted to organic cultivation in 2020, and produces two cuvées.
