Legrand Latour

Thibault Legrand works in Fleury-la-Rivière in the Vallée de la Marne. His father Patrice had already taken over the estate from his own father until 2017. When Thibault returned, he converted the 4 hectares to biodynamic farming, achieving certification in 2019. His cuvées group parcels with identical geological soils, which is why they’re named after geological periods such as Lutetian, Ypresian, Eocene, and Campanian.
