Lefébure

In the Coteaux du Petit Morin, with a small portion of vineyards in the Côte des Bar, Marie-Laurène and Sébastien farm 5.5 hectares of clay-limestone soils mixed with flint. They follow sustainable viticultural practices and are in the process of converting to organic farming. Vinification and aging take place in oak barrels, with wines disgorged à la volée and produced without bâtonnage, fining, or filtration.
