The Noiret family has shared the same commitment to vineyard work for three generations. In 2003, during harvest, Nathalie and Jean-Michel married and launched what is now known as Champagne Hubert Noiret. As eighth-generation growers and the third generation to sell their own wines, they present five cuvées that reflect their belief in the future of Champagne. Since 2011, the entire estate has been farmed biodynamically.
