Born from the merger of Champagne Baffard, Ortillon and Beaulieu, this house works with environmentally respectful methods designed to protect nature. Laurence and Charles, who took over the estate in 1998, welcome visitors year-round to their typically Champenois timber-framed family home, “Au Pans de Bois,” where they share their work in the vineyards, winery, cellar and their Champagnes. The 6-hectare vineyard is planted mainly to Chardonnay.
