Jérôme Blin

The estate covers 6 hectares planted 75% to Meunier, 15% to Pinot Noir, and 10% to Chardonnay. In 2018 Jérôme Blin chose to convert the entire vineyard to biodynamic farming, adopting practices that support biodiversity and soil health. He favors spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts and uses a range of vessels, including 350-liter amphorae and 250-liter globes. This blend of innovation and tradition produces wines with strong character and a clear sense of identity.
