C.H Piconnet

Champagne Piconnet is a small, discreet family estate based in Neuville-sur-Seine in the Côte des Bar, in southern Champagne. The Piconnet family follows an artisanal approach rooted in respect for nature, working their vines carefully to produce Champagnes that feel authentic and precise. The vineyard covers just a few hectares, planted mainly with Pinot Noir—the region’s defining grape—alongside a small amount of Chardonnay. Viticulture is carried out sustainably, with an emphasis on biodiversity, soil health and reduced chemical intervention. In the cellar, winemaking is handled with restraint and care, favoring natural fermentations, extended aging on the lees and moderate dosage to preserve freshness and transparency.
