Suenen

Suenen is based in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, working exclusively with Chardonnay from Grand Cru villages including Cramant and neighboring sites. The focus is firmly on terroir expression, with vineyard work adapted parcel by parcel and an emphasis on soil health and balance.

Vinification is restrained and deliberate, designed to highlight clarity and tension. Fermentations take place primarily in tank, with extended time on lees and low dosage to preserve structure and definition. The wines are shaped by the chalk soils of the Côte des Blancs and show a linear, mineral-driven profile that reflects their origin.
