Olivier Horiot

Olivier Horiot has been based in Les Riceys since 2000 and is one of the standout growers of the Côte des Bar, working with living, biodynamic farming. He grew up in the region and now cultivates more than eight hectares of vines biodynamically, certified Biodyvin. From this dedicated artisan come rosés des Riceys as well as a range of other Coteaux Champenois wines, each vinified according to its place of origin. They capture the liveliness and aromatic finesse typical of northern Pinot Noir, once widely produced in the area.
