Domaine Yann Chave

One of the most reliable names in Crozes-Hermitage, Yann Chave joined the family domaine in 1996 and converted it to organic, gaining certification in 2007. He’s currently co-president of the AOC Crozes Hermitage. His Hermitage is also worth knowing about, made from 1ha of 40-year-old vines grown on mainly loess soils in lieux-dits Les Beaumes and Péléat, making for a dark and muscular style.
