Cyril Fahl’s wines are already hard to come by—and with good reason. From 7.5 hectares of old vines rooted in schist, gneiss, granite, and clay-limestone soils in Latour-de-France, he crafts wines that are textured, expressive, and effortlessly elegant. Shaped by the dry Mediterranean climate and the fierce Tramontane wind, his cuvées are some of the most distinctive in Roussillon.
