Domaine Boudau

Based in Rivesaltes at the heart of Roussillon, they cultivate vineyards across the Côtes du Roussillon, Côtes Catalanes, and Maury appellations. The estate’s soils are a mosaic of clay-limestone and schist, benefiting from intense southern sun, tramontane winds, and significant diurnal temperature shifts. Boudau produce both dry reds and fortified Rivesaltes. Farming practices are environmentally conscious, and winemaking emphasizes clarity and fruit expression while preserving the character of each parcel.
