Cantine Spadafora 1915

Cantina Spadafora was founded in 1915 in Donnici, a small village in the hills south of Cosenza. Its founder, Ippolito Spadafora, began by selling bulk wines produced by local farmers. In 1968, his son Domenico initiated a new chapter by building a small cellar to begin processing and bottling the wines.
A major step forward came in 1991 when production was moved to Mangone, into a modern facility where tradition meets technology. Today, the winery spans 20,000 square meters—3,000 of which are covered—and is organized into distinct areas for vinification, bottling, and storage. Every detail is carefully managed to ensure quality from grape to bottle.
