Serragiumenta

The story of wine at Serragiumenta began in 2004 with the planting of native vines. After years of study, barrel trials, and cellar experimentation, the estate developed its own wine line, showcasing the diversity of the region’s grape varieties. The winery operates in harmony with nature, guided by an oenologist from Mount Etna who shares the owners’ passion for tradition. While current production remains small, all vinification is done on-site using a blend of traditional harvest methods and modern technologies. With a new cellar in the works, the winery plans to increase production to over 100,000 bottles within three years.
