The estate extends over an area of ​​approximately 500 hectares, of which 100 hectares are cultivated with specialized vineyards, 50 hectares of centuries-old olive groves, 100 hectares of arable land and the remaining part is made up of pastures and woods for livestock, raised in the wild, such as Podolica cattle. The winery utilizes high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment, provided by the constantly evolving winemaking industry: stainless steel tanks and highly efficient machinery ensure cutting-edge winemaking methods over time. The cellar's total capacity reaches 20,000 hectoliters, producing over two million bottles annually.Tenuta Iuzzolini's prized wines are meticulously aged and carefully stored in French oak barriques, in the tranquility of the ancient cellar. The winery's cellar is entirely underground, a full 5 meters deep. It was constructed by fully recovering and enhancing local stones and bricks, dating back to the 18th century. Tenuta Iuzzolini boasts a museum dedicated to ancient crafts within its winery. Guests will have the opportunity to visit the Cirò Wine Museum, established to safeguard and enhance the cultural heritage of rural life. The tools, costumes, and traditions, along with the origins and evolution of the area, allow young people to learn about the Cirò region through the past, thus passing on a long-lost tradition to the future.
